in the separation of the Northwest and West Coast.
Please California, take claim to the West Coast, we’re doing okay up here.
How can we say we believe in laws and call ourselves just individuals when one group of people can move forward and gain rights and then we allow our attitudes to shift in another direction and suddenly strip them of those rights that we all voted on? Like, there’s this irrational consumerist fear that not enough power will be able to go around now that someone else, who might be your neighbor, is getting what you’re getting for dinner. Or in someway your rights are now effected by another group of people gaining equality? Equal to you. Not more. Equal.
We can’t allow one group of people to take away rights from another. Do you not see this?
We’re currently at the Grand Hyatt hotel in downtown Seattle enjoying our view on the 25th floor, full club access and pretty much anything we want from them.
At the moment we just finished breakfast. OM NOM.
So yesterday we got into seattle around 12:15 and checked into our hotel.
Had sushi for lunch at Nijo sushi, then ventured off to the Seattle Aquarium.
The Seattle Aquarium has a jelly fish tank that goes into a loop (pics will be up later) that I fell in love with. I NEED A JELLYFISH. NEED. NEED. They were beautiful, so beautiful.
After that we went up to Pike’s Market and roamed around (which we’re going to do today as well).
Went up to the City Centre and the surrounding shops and bought some clothes and shit from Lush (you know that store with all the homemade soaps, bubble bath stuff and those sex bomb balls that you drop into your bathtub), Urban Outfitters, Gap and H&M.
Went back to the hotel dropped off everything and then had dinner at the Cajun Crab Shack.
As full as we were we wanted more! So we headed to the Hurricane which is a 24-hr restaruant and gorged our faces with shakes, ice cream, cheesecake and burgers. To which I proceeded to get sick (can’t eat diary, let alone that much).
Here’s one of the highlights to our night all three of us had a bubble bath! Our bathroom is huge so we threw in some bubble bath we got from Lush and watched the water turn pinkish and hopped in. My skin is so soft! I totally recommend everyone going to Lush and picking out stuff from there, it’s all really good for you.
Then of course we put the blackout draps on and crashed for the night.
Today will be an all new adventure, we decided to stay another night. Pictures will be up hopefully in a few days or whenever I can. :)
